Tax practice software, and the EA desk behind it.
License the software our enrolled agents file on, or send the returns to the enrolled agents themselves. Plenty of firms do both: run the platform all year and hand us the overflow when March gets away from them.
A client pipeline, AI that pulls last year’s figures out of a prior-year return, a secure organizer your clients actually fill in, permissions by role, an audit log nobody can edit, and the tax guides our EAs write. One place instead of the five tools you’ve taped together.
Our enrolled agents prepare domestic and expat returns for your practice. Send us the overflow, have us work under your firm’s name, or split each return between your team and ours.
The work the desk does.
One tricky expat return or your whole extension pile, it goes to the same people: US enrolled agents and chartered accountants working on the platform we built. Nothing’s filed until an enrolled agent, or your own signer if it goes out under your name, has reviewed it.
US tax returns.
Federal and state 1040s and entity returns. Our team prepares them and an IRS enrolled agent reviews and signs.
Expat tax.
The returns a lot of domestic preparers would rather not touch: FEIE or foreign tax credit, FBAR, Form 8938 and the rest for clients living overseas.
Streamlined filing.
For the client who’s five years behind and has never heard of an FBAR. The IRS Streamlined procedures get them current, usually without penalties if they live abroad and the lapse wasn’t willful.
Tax compliance.
Answering IRS notices, fixing prior years someone else filed, and catching the information returns that get missed until they cost a client money.
Tax planning.
A residency change, equity compensation, a move abroad or back home. We work through the tax side before the year closes, not after the return is due.
What we can actually show you.

The platform we built
to run our own practice.
Our own desk prepares thousands of returns a season, all of them on TaxSQR. Engagement letters, organizer answers, every signed Form 8879: it all runs through the same audit log we license to firms. If we filed it, there’s a record of it.
So what you’re buying is the tool we open every morning in March, not a demo somebody put together for a sales deck.
