Accessibility.

TaxSQR should be usable by every preparer, reviewer, and taxpayer — including those who rely on assistive technology. This is what we aim for and how to tell us when we fall short.

Last updated 3 June 2026

Our commitment

We design and build the TaxSQR platform and marketing site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target standard. Accessibility is treated as part of the definition of done, not a later cleanup.

What we do

  • Semantic, keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus states.
  • Sufficient color contrast and text that scales without breaking layout.
  • Labels and ARIA roles on interactive controls and form fields.
  • Support for the taxpayer portal in English, Spanish, and Japanese.

Known limitations

Some deeper workflow screens are still being audited, and a few third-party embeds (such as the click-to-call widget) are outside our direct control. We track accessibility issues alongside other defects and prioritize anything that blocks a core task.

Report a problem

If you hit an accessibility barrier — or you use assistive technology and something isn’t working — please tell us at accessibility@taxsqr.com. Include the page and what you were trying to do, and we’ll respond within five business days.
