§ Legal

Cookie Policy.

TaxSQR keeps cookies to the minimum the service needs to work. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Last updated 3 June 2026

What cookies we use

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in across the firm and taxpayer portals. Strictly necessary; the app cannot work without it.
  • Security cookies — protect against cross-site request forgery and detect session tampering.
  • Preference storage — your language and a record that you’ve seen this cookie notice, kept in your browser’s local storage rather than a cookie.

What we don’t use

No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics that profile you across sites, no social-media tracking pixels. We don’t sell or share cookie data with advertisers.

Managing cookies

Because our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will stop you from signing in. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out and reset your preferences. Signing out of TaxSQR also clears your session.

Changes & contact

If we ever introduce a new category of cookie, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it. Questions? privacy@taxsqr.com.
