- Amazon Web Services (US) — document storage and infrastructure, encrypted at rest.
- Render (US) — application hosting.
- Vercel (US) — website hosting.
- SendGrid (US) — transactional email; no return documents are sent by email.
- Stripe (US) — subscription and invoice payments; card details never reach TaxSQR.
- Anthropic (US) — the AI prior-year extract feature, on a no-training basis.
What we promise
Every provider on this list is bound by a written contract with confidentiality and security obligations, and we remain responsible for their work under our Data Processing Addendum. We do not pass a firm’s work to any preparer outside the TaxSQR group without that firm’s written approval.
